Riffat Tahira is a Doctoral Candidate in the Waves & Energy research group at ESEO Angers. Being a part of DN-iSense, her research focuses on the detection of electromagnetic interference (EMI)-generated noise in integrated circuits. Her goal is to design fast, robust, area efficient and adaptive noise sensors that can detect radiated and conducted EMI generated noise and characterize it. She aims to use state of the art process design kits to design and fabricate the sensor.

She received her Master’s Degree in integrated circuit design from National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (NUCES, Islamabad) in 2025. In her Master, she worked as a lab engineer in an integrated circuit design lab and, before joining the iSense project, as an integrated circuit designer in GF-METRC design center in FAST University. Her research interests include analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits designed for tackling electromagnetic interference issues in automotive, medical, and wireless communication applications
