Md Mohiuddin Al-Mahmud is a Doctoral Candidate in the Radio Systems and EMC group within the Department of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, and Computer Science (EEMCS) at the University of Twente (UT). As part of the DN-iSense project, he will conduct research on the simultaneous characterization of radiated and conducted electromagnetic interference (EMI) in multi-node sensor networks, developing advanced EMI sensors and monitoring systems that integrate EMI detection with logging and fault analysis. His work includes sensor design, data acquisition, processing, and collaboration with academic and industrial partners.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from BUET, Bangladesh, and a Master’s degree from the University of Kiel, Germany.
His research interests include EMI measurement and mitigation, EMC-aware system design, wide-bandgap semiconductors, and robust control of grid-tied power converters.
