Mario is a Doctoral Candidate in the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Doctoral Network iSense, conducting his research at Fraunhofer FKIE. He is currently enrroleed as a doctoral researcher (Dr.-Ing.) at Leibniz Universität Hannover (LUH).

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander (Colombia) and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida (USA). His research interests focus on applied electromagnetic systems, electromagnetic interference (EMI) monitoring, sensing and measurement technologies, and the development of robust, industry-oriented solutions for complex electromagnetic environments.
