Leah (Zhengjie) Zhang is a Doctoral Candidate in the WAVES: Core Research and Engineering group within the Department of Engineering Technology at KU Leuven. As the iSense Doctoral Candidate 5 (DC5), her research focuses on electromagnetic interference (EMI) monitoring using compressed sensing techniques. She aims to develop robust compressed sensing algorithms designed for harsh EMI environments, and to explore the integration of machine learning and deep learning frameworks for practical and efficient EMI monitoring.

She obtained her M.Sc. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Chongqing University in 2025.

Her research interests include EMI mitigation, deep learning, and signal processing.
