Elia Mattucci is a Doctoral Candidate with the Lerch Laboratory of EM Research, in the Department of Radio Electronics at the Brno University of Technology (BUT). As part of the DN – iSense project, he will conduct research on sensors for pulsed EM disturbances. His goal is to create new analytical and numerical TD models of sensors capable of characterizing both electric and magnetic-type impulsive EM sources, and to validate these models experimentally.
He received the M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering in 2022 from the University of L’Aquila, Italy and the postgraduate professional master in Scientific Programming in 2024, from University of Salento, Italy.
His research interests include electromagnetic modeling, circuits modelling, surrogate modelling and numerical simulation methods.
